Pam Vinje, President/CEO
Pam’s passion for marketing began more than 25 years ago while attending the University of Texas at Austin for Radio-Television Film. Since that time, she’s gathered insight from a variety of industries and created solutions for their unique challenges, creating for herself an extensive base of marketing knowledge. Pam has seen the evolution of marketing in areas such as medical and education, video production, association and nonprofit management, marketing for professional service firms, architecture, engineering and construction industries, and conference and event planning.
Prior to launching Small Screen Producer in 2009, Pam served as the Regional Manager and Director of Social Media for the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP), where she immersed herself in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing. She developed digital media marketing plans for industry manufacturers, distributors, small businesses, as well as for the APSP itself.
The level of marketing expertise she has accumulated from these experiences gives Pam the ability to help companies grow successfully in today’s ultra competitive industry.
Lauren Tomko, Video Production Manager
After a successful 10-year career in retail management, Lauren decided it was time to make a career change. With a creative spirit and a passion for storytelling, Lauren decided to focus on video production where she could blend both her technical skills and artistic side.
Lauren joined the Small Screen Producer team in 2011 as a video editor and transitioned to her role as video production manager shortly after. In 2013, SSP decided to grow the video production department and created Video for Business targeting businesses looking to share their brand’s story.
When Lauren is not creating videos, she enjoys spending time with her family, knitting, and learning the art of cheesemaking.
Carla Páez, Video Editor
Carla’s career started more than 10 years ago at Sony Pictures Television International where she was able to learn the ins and outs of video production and flourish as a storyteller. Her many years of experience in video production and creative copywriting has given Carla the ability to develop digital media content for brands that offer a competitive edge. In 2015, Carla joined Video for Business bringing an abundance of creativity and inspiration to our production team.
Carla's free time is mostly spent caring for her and Juan’s new baby boy Marcelo and baking yummy desserts for the family.
Juan Acosta, Video Editor
Juan’s years of experience in newspapers, radio stations, national TV stations and Cable TV, has given him the skills to create immersive stories through video. Juan joined the Video for Business team in 2014, and has worked on hundreds of projects for all types of industries. With an understanding of what truly engages and captivates today’s modern audience, he delivers top notch video content. Today, Juan and his wife, Carla, enjoy exploring new ways to communicate ideas with video.
When he is not deep in an edit, Juan loves listening to music, watching offbeat movies and spending time at the beach with his family.
